Genki Forest is one of China’s fastest-growing beverage companies producing low-calorie, low-sugar products. Between 2020 and 2021, the company’s sales had a huge increase in growth of 160%, reaching CNY7 billion, and the company are continuing to expand the market by developing new products. Genki Forest has built several high-tech production sites since 2020 to support its expansion and required its latest high-speed line in the Hubei province, China to be efficient, flexible and stable, as well as guarantee product safety.
Genki Forest chose Sidel’s high-speed leading Aseptic Combi Predis™ FMac system for its latest line to support with its rapid growth ambition. The aseptic line ensured the efficiency, flexibility, stability and reliability Genki Forest required. It is able to produce both carbonated and still drinks, in aseptic conditions, with low energy consumption and an output of up to 48,000 bottles per hour. Sidel’s Aseptic Combi Predis, a blow-fill-seal solution with dry preform and cap sterilisation, consumes no water and uses very few chemicals to sterilise the whole packaging during production, supporting maximum productivity. The high-speed aseptic technology and flexible equipment were delivered ahead of schedule, completing the installation of the Genki Forest line in record time for Sidel in China - despite being carried out during pandemic restrictions.
Sidel’s high-speed aseptic line helps this major Chinese beverage player develop new products and continue widening its market. The Genki Forest line has passed all microbiological tests, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Sidel demonstrated its strong local capability in China by installing the new line ahead of schedule.
