Future Talent Program. It’s a carefully designed immersive development experience. From day one you will participate in an 16-month rotational program, where you will experience the different areas of our business worldwide. Throughout this journey, you will develop your knowledge and skills in a very accelerated and hands-on way. You will be part of a team and have a dedicated mentor, focused on your growth, personal experience, and transitions. At the completion of the rotation, you will have the foundations and insights you need to further shape and continue an exciting career within our company that matches your interests.
